About Elevating the Frontline

Transitioning into a leadership role is tough, especially on the front lines. Too often, new leaders are thrown into the deep end without the tools, training, or support they need. That’s why I created Elevating the Frontline; a blog dedicated to frontline leadership development. My mission is to help new and current frontline leaders build confidence, avoid common mistakes, and lead high-performing teams with purpose and resilience.

With a BS in Business Management and current MBA studies underway, I combine academic insight with hands-on experience. I’ve led teams in a Fortune 500 company within the petrochemical manufacturing industry, and I understand the daily challenges frontline leaders face. Through this platform, I share practical, real-world lessons, both the wins and the missteps, to guide others through their own leadership journeys.

At Elevating the Frontline, we focus on two powerful pillars: leadership development and the critical need for rest and recovery to prevent burnout. Because real leadership isn’t just about hitting goals, it’s about building a team and a life that’s sustainable for the long haul.
